目前有一些乡镇企业出现严重亏损,其原因是多方面的。但企业的厂长不懂财会知识,不注重加强财务管理,也是重要原因之一。有的厂长对资金平衡表一点也看不懂,只管抓生产,不问企业经济效益如何。财会人员向厂长汇报财务决算情况时,一听银行有存款就高兴,一听银行帐上没钱了,就说是会计算错了帐。弄得财会人员哭笑不得。因此,笔者建议,乡镇企业的厂长应该参加财会知识培训,学点财会知识。
