目的:探讨骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者骨髓造血细胞胰岛素样生长因子-I受体(IGF-IR)基因的定量表达情况.方法:用实时定量PCR(real time RT-PCR)方法检测胰岛素样生长因子-I受体mRNA的表达量.结果:IGF-IR基因表达量在MDS各亚组和正常对照存在不同:RAEB组(1.31E-04)和CMML组患者(1.99E-04)均明显高于正常对照(1.45E-05,P值分别
