目的:建立马鞭草药材的HPLC的指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠的方法。方法:用HPLC方法测定了12批马鞭草药材,采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统,建立马鞭草的标准指纹图谱并计算每批药材的相似度。结果:12批马鞭草药材的指纹图谱共有32个共有峰,指认了3个共有峰。其中9批的相似度在0.9以上,有3批在0.8以上。结论:该方法操作简便,重复性好,为马鞭草药材的全面质量控制提供了参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of verbena, providing a reliable method for scientific evaluation and effective control of its quality. Methods: Twelve batches of Verbena officinalis were determined by HPLC method. The fingerprint of Verbena was established by using the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of Chinese traditional medicine. The similarity of each batch of medicinal herbs was calculated. Results: Fingerprints of 12 batches of Verbena had 32 common peaks and 3 common peaks were identified. Among nine batches of similarity in 0.9 or more, there are three batches of 0.8 or more. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible and provides a reference for the comprehensive quality control of verbena.
