通过对完整性气泡点测试的分析,深层次剖析气泡点形成的机理,并通过气泡点的气体流量曲线图与测试图表解释相关原理,说明气泡点值与温度、上下游的压力、膜润湿液体的表面张力、不同流量、不同滤芯滤膜是有密不可分的关联,并且都直接影响气泡点最后的值。在完整性测试两种主要测试方法中,扩散流检测(FF)是定量检测方法,而起泡点值(BP)只是一个定性的值,虽然扩散流检测使用范围更广,但是起泡点值(BP)测试在原理上更值得我们去分析,去研究。
