颠茄合剂在室温配制和放置后 ,极易析出沉淀 ,为保证质量 ,作者在该溶液中分别加入 0 0 6 %尼泊金乙酯、 0 1 5%苯甲酸、 0 2 %山梨酸、 0 4 %氯仿[1]用防腐剂 ,对不同浓度的防腐剂的抑菌效果及细菌培养变化进行研究 ,结果表明 ,加入 0 1 5%苯甲酸作颠茄合剂防腐效果最好
