对2350例年龄在40岁以上的人群进行Foxp3基因rs3761548多态性分析,探讨Foxp3基因rs3761548多态性对不同性别人群血糖血脂水平的影响,其中女性1601例,男性749例。血糖血脂水平通过临床血液生化检测,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测Foxp3基因型多态性。并按照基因型和血糖血脂水平进行分组及统计分析。统计数据显示,在女性人群中,AA+AC基因型人群的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(PPG-2h)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均明显高于CC基因型人群,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)值在两组间无差异;并且高FPG组、高PPG组、高HbA1c组、高TC组、高TG组、高LDH-C组人群的基因型分布与健康对照组具有显著差异。在男性人群中,AA+AC基因型人群的FPG、PPG、TC、LDH-C值均明显高于CC基因型人群,具有显著性差异,而HbA1c、TG、HDL-C值在两组间无差异;并且高FPG组、高PPG组、高TC组、高LDH-C组人群的基因型分布与健康对照组具有显著差异。研究结果表明,Foxp3基因rs3761548多态性与该地区中老年人群血糖血脂水平具有相关性,并且这种相关性在女性人群中更明显。
To investigate the polymorphism of Foxp3 rs3761548 in 2350 age-40-year-olds and to investigate the effect of rs3761548 polymorphism of Foxp3 gene on blood glucose and blood lipid levels in different sexes, including 1601 females and 749 males. The level of blood glucose and blood lipid was detected by clinical blood biochemistry, and the polymorphism of Foxp3 genotype was detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). According to the genotypes and the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid, the patients were divided into groups and statistically analyzed. In the female population, fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h blood glucose (PPG-2h), HbA1c, total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) And low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly higher in CC genotype than those in CC genotype (P <0.05), while there was no difference in HDL-C between the two groups. And the distribution of genotypes in high FPG group, high PPG group, high HbA1c group, high TC group, high TG group and high LDH-C group were significantly different from those in healthy control group. In the male population, the FPG, PPG, TC, LDH-C values in AA + AC genotype were significantly higher than those in CC genotype, with significant differences, while HbA1c, TG, HDL-C values between the two groups The difference of genotype between high-FPG group, high-PPG group, high-TC group and high-LDH-C group was significantly different from that of healthy control group. The results show that Foxp3 rs3761548 polymorphism in the elderly population with blood glucose and blood lipid levels are related, and this correlation is more obvious in the female population.
