对水上种植条件下的水稻根系的一些性状与水田条件下种植时进行了比较。结果表明 ,水上水稻的根系数量、根系分枝特性、根粗等形态指标以及根系活跃吸收面积百分比等生理指标与水田水稻根系表现出较好的一致性 ,而且在整个生育期内的动态变化也呈现出较一致的趋势。说明利用水上种植方法研究水稻根系是可行的 ,能较好地反映较高产量水平的水稻根系在自然环境条件下的生长情况 ,因此有望成为今后水稻根系研究的一条简便有效的新方法
Some traits of rice root under watering conditions were compared with those under paddy field conditions. The results showed that the physiological indices such as root number, root branching characteristics, root diameter and other morphological indexes and percentage of active root absorption area of rice in water showed good consistency with rice roots in paddy field, and the dynamic changes in the whole growth period Showing a more consistent trend. The results showed that it is feasible to study the root system of rice by using water planting method, which can better reflect the growth of rice root under higher natural yield under natural environment, so it is expected to become a new and effective method for rice root research in the future.
