伴随着我国城镇化的不断发展以及旧城改造范围的不断扩大,建筑基坑规模及开挖深度随之增大,使得临时围护结构变形和稳定性问题变得突出和复杂,建筑基坑的变形监测已成为市政管理部门和工程界十分关注的问题。文章对建筑基坑常规变形检测技术方法的优缺点、适用范围及监测实施等进行了分析,为基坑变形监测提供了理论参考。
With the continuous development of China’s urbanization and the continuous expansion of the transformation of the old city, the size of the foundation pit and the excavation depth increase. As a result, the deformation and stability problems of the temporary envelope structure become prominent and complex. Deformation monitoring has become a very concerned municipal management and engineering issues. The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, the applicable scope and the monitoring implementation of the method of conventional deformation detection in the foundation pit, which provides a theoretical reference for the deformation monitoring of the foundation pit.
