目的 从自由基损伤方面探讨川芎嗪和参麦注射液及其配伍而成的川芎参麦注射液对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肾脏损伤防护作用的机制。方法 老龄 (2 0mon龄以上 )大鼠分为老龄对照组、老龄模型组、尼莫通组、川芎嗪组、参麦组、川芎参麦组 ,观察大鼠全脑缺血 30min再灌注 6 0min后肾脏组织形态和和肌酐、尿素氮、丙二醛 (MDA)含量及超氧化物岐化酶活性的变化。结果 老龄模型组肾脏出现明显的病理和功能损伤 ,用药各组肾脏组织和功能损害具有不同程度的减轻。老龄模型组肾脏组织MDA水平的增高较老龄对照组显著。川芎嗪组和参麦组MDA含量降低。结论 老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肾脏损伤与自由基损伤有关。各组药物对肾脏损伤均有一定的保护作用。川芎嗪和参麦注射液抑制脂质过氧化反应的作用可能是其防护肾脏损伤的机制之一
Objective To investigate the protective mechanism of ligustrazine and Shenmai injection combined with Chuanxiong and Shenmai Injection on renal damage induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in aged rats in terms of free radical damage. Methods Aged (20 months old or older) rats were divided into old age control group, old age model group, Nimotop group, ligustrazine group, Shenmai group and Chuanxiong Shenmai group. The rats were observed for 30 minutes of global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion for 60 minutes. Changes of renal morphology, creatinine, urea nitrogen, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase activity in the kidneys. Results The kidneys in the old model group showed obvious pathological and functional impairments. The renal tissue and functional impairments in each group were alleviated to varying degrees. The increase of MDA level in the kidney tissue of the aged model group was significantly higher than that of the old age control group. The contents of MDA in the tetramethylpyrazine and Shenmai groups were decreased. Conclusion The damage of the kidneys after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in aged rats is related to free radical damage. Each group of drugs has a certain protective effect on kidney damage. The inhibitory effect of Ligustrazine and Shenmai injection on lipid peroxidation may be one of the mechanisms of protection against kidney injury.
