为了对高速公路项目投资进行有效的控制,论文从前期决策、设计规划、施工管理、运营维护、内部环境及外部环境六个方面,构建了高速公路项目全寿命周期投资控制影响因素的理论模型。运用结构方程模型及AMOS17.0软件,对557份有效问卷进行测量和分析,并对投资控制的关键因素进行了识别。实证检验了施工管理、设计规划、运营维护、外部环境、内部环境及前期决策对高速公路项目的投资控制有显著的正相关影响。其中工程变更、工程索赔、现场签证的控制,施工方案的科学合理性,规划调整和设计标准变化等因素是投资控制的关键影响因素。本研究为高速公路投资控制的实践提供参考,具有一定的理论价值和实用价值。
In order to effectively control the investment of expressway project, this paper constructs the theoretical model of influencing factors of investment control over expressway project life cycle from six aspects: early decision-making, design planning, construction management, operation and maintenance, internal environment and external environment. Using structural equation modeling and AMOS17.0 software, 557 valid questionnaires were measured and analyzed, and the key factors of investment control were identified. Empirical test shows that construction management, design planning, operation and maintenance, external environment, internal environment and early-stage decision-making have a significant positive impact on the investment control of expressway projects. The factors such as engineering change, project claim, on-the-spot visa control, scientific rationality of construction plan, planning adjustment and change of design standards are the key influence factors of investment control. This study provides a reference for the practice of highway investment control, which has certain theoretical value and practical value.
