Birbeck颗粒原被认为是郎格罕氏细胞高度特征性的结构,近来有人认为它可能与诱导免疫反应有关,常出现于免疫反应的诱导期。它不仅见于郎格罕氏细胞,还见于引流皮肤淋巴结的非淋巴细胞,输入淋巴中的幕细胞和胸腺的交错网状细胞。但是对于脾脏,长期以来一直认为它是没有含Birbeck颗粒的细胞的。本研究基本采用Kamperdijk(1985)分离大鼠树状突细胞的方法,在富有树状突细胞的组分中,发现了含Bjrbeck颗粒的细胞。其形态结构和Steinman描述的树状突细胞相似。文章并对脾内含Birbeck颗粒细胞的存在及其意义作了讨论。
Birbeck particle is considered to be a highly characterized structure of Langerhans cells. Recently, it has been suggested that it may be related to the induction of immune responses and often occurs during the induction of immune responses. It is found not only in Langerhans cells, but also in non-lymphoid cells that drain the cutaneous lymph nodes, interlacing reticular cells that import into the lymph and the thymus. But for the spleen, it has long been thought that it contains no Birbeck particles. In this study, Kamperdijk (1985) was used to isolate rat dendritic cells. Bjrbeck particles were found in the dendritic cell-rich fraction. Its morphological structure is similar to that of dendritic cells described by Steinman. The article also discusses the existence of the spleen Birbeck granulosa cells and its significance.
