The waste oil incident reflects the harsh reality of food safety in our country, reflects the deep institutional problems such as the lack of government supervision and the imperfect legislative system, and reflects the urgency and importance of building our social credit system. How to control the safety of food in the process of circulation and to achieve effective supervision has become a subject that can not be ignored in building a harmonious society. In terms of food safety, Japan has formed a relatively sound safety supervision system, especially for safety monitoring in the process of food circulation, which is worth our country’s reference. At the same time, waste oil incident has also become a vivid case of credit management teaching.
