测量物理场参量微小变化的光纤全息干涉法

1.在物方光纤-臂中放置-张预先伯摄好的生息图,它只携带物方光路中包括光纤在内所有光学元件的信息。以该全息图的重现物波作为测量用的理想比较波,当物方光纤中一部分置于被测物理场内时。被测物理场参量的变化将反映在该光纤出射的光波中,称它为信息物波。信息波和理想比较波在全息图后形成干涉场,它把反映被测物理场参量变化的信息转变成干涉场的条纹移动。通过对干涉场的条纹移动进行测量,就可以提取出被测物埋rrrrrrrrn场参量变化的信息。rrrrrrrrn 1. In the object fiber - the arm is placed - a pre-recorded picture of the life, which carries only information about all the optical elements in the object’s optical path, including the optical fiber. The reproduced object wave of the hologram is used as an ideal comparison wave for measurement, and when a part of the object-side optical fiber is placed in the measured physical field. Changes in the measured physical field parameters will be reflected in the optical light emitted by the fiber, called the information wave. The information wave and the ideal comparison wave form an interference field after the hologram, which converts the information reflecting the change of the measured physical field parameter into the fringe movement of the interference field. By measuring the fringes of the interfering field, we can extract the information about the change of the field parameter of the measured object. r r r r r r r r n
