锻模的耐磨性是模具钢的重要性能。试验制备了石墨烯改性Cr12MoV锻模钢,并进行了耐磨性的测试与分析。结果表明,改性Cr12MoV锻模钢由马氏体和少量的奥氏体、Cr_7C_3化合物和石墨烯组成。与商用Cr12MoV锻模钢相比,当始锻温度提高到1200℃时,改性Cr12MoV锻模钢的耐磨性提高79%;当终锻温度提高到800℃时,改性Cr12MoV锻模钢的耐磨性提高77%;当锻造变形量提高到20%时,改性Cr12MoV锻模钢的耐磨性提高74%。
Forging die wear resistance is an important tool steel properties. The graphene modified Cr12MoV forging die steel was prepared and tested and analyzed. The results show that the modified Cr12MoV forging die steel consists of martensite and a small amount of austenite, Cr_7C_3 compounds and graphene. Compared with the commercial Cr12MoV forging die steel, the wear resistance of the modified Cr12MoV forging die steel increased by 79% when the initial forging temperature increased to 1200 ℃. When the final forging temperature increased to 800 ℃, The wear resistance increased by 77%. When the forging deformation increased to 20%, the wear resistance of the modified Cr12MoV forging die steel increased by 74%.
