Business students and managers not only need some cross-cultural communication skills and abilities in the face of international business but also need to be clearly aware of the complex cognitive processes and prejudices that shape their diverse behaviors. The Planned Behavior Theory (TPB) provides a viable research framework for analyzing the influence of national prejudice and national distance on the will of international trade. Attitudes Behind TPB Theories - Behavioral relationships are important to educators because they train future business leaders. However, preconceptions (fixed thinking) are subtle and can be activated, but hard to apply because of the need for a wide variety of behavioral controls. Under such circumstances, business students without much experience or even practical experience can be used as a standard for assessing the so-called “pure” national prejudices and national distance, as well as for their international trade with ethnic stereotypes and national distance The influence of the will, but also as a medium between attitude and behavior. The main purpose of this paper is to test whether business majors’ national prejudice and national distance to a particular country and whether such national prejudices and national distance have a decisive influence on the will to conduct international trade. The results of this study show the interactivity of ethnic stereotypes on intentional behavior in an international business environment, with particular emphasis on the differences between the application of stereotypes and stereotypes. Stronger emotional beliefs are more closely linked to ethnic divisions and ethnic hatred (nationalism) through ethnic distance.
