通过对300例婴儿痉挛症(IS)颅脑CT的形态分型,及对不同年龄组测量数据与正常值的对照统计,发现82% IS 患儿存在不同程度的脑损害,这些损害以萎缩性改变为主,其形态和分布的多样性和广泛性反映了 IS 病因的异源性和复杂性。另外发现在不同年龄组,颅脑内外脑脊液间隙呈不同的变化趋势。推测导致上述变化除可能与病因和病变性质有关外,也可能受病程、治疗与发育的影响。
