镗床一般承担齿轮箱体的加工,精镗完毕就送装配车间装配,有些复杂的箱体在镗床上加工时间长达十几个班,为使镗出来的工件孔距符合图纸要求,座标位移是否正确就成为镗床加工的一个关键问题。在没有光学尺子的镗床上,只靠块规和百分表来测定位移,据一些师傅说:用块规,有时不小心容易拿错,或者摆得不正,都可能造成测量的错误,经常拿块规和百分表,有时一个班要测量13次到14次,容易造成眼睛疲劳。因此,我厂在T612等六台镗床上先后装上了感应同步器数显装置,用来测量主轴箱上下移动位移和工作台左右移动距离,测量方便、迅速、准确。
