采用浸渍法制备载铁酵母,研究p H值、吸附时间等因素对其吸附甲基橙的性能影响,确定适宜的吸附条件和再生方法。结果表明,在室温下,处理质量浓度为10 mg/L的甲基橙溶液50 m L,p H=6.62,载铁酵母用量为0.2 g,搅拌吸附90 min,脱色率可达90%,吸附后的载铁酵母用0.3%的过氧化氢溶液处理获得一定程度的再生。通过载铁改性提高了酵母对甲基橙的吸附能力,吸附快速,适用的p H范围较宽。
Fermentation yeast was prepared by impregnation method. The effects of p H value, adsorption time and other factors on the adsorption of methyl orange were studied, and the suitable adsorption conditions and regeneration methods were determined. The results showed that 50 mL of methyl orange solution with mass concentration of 10 mg / L, p H = 6.62 and 0.2 g fermenting yeast were treated at room temperature for 90 min. The decolorization rate was up to 90% After the iron yeast with 0.3% hydrogen peroxide solution to obtain a certain degree of regeneration. The modification of iron by loading improves the adsorption capacity of yeast to methyl orange, and the adsorption is fast and the applicable range of p H is wide.
