目的观察甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病神经病变的临床疗效。方法将56例DPN患者随机分成两组,对照组予以常规饮食控制、运动疗法、口服降糖药或皮下注射胰岛素,肌肉注射甲钴铵500μg/d,连续2周。治疗组除了按对照组处理外,加用前列地尔注射液10μg兑入生理盐水100ml内日一次静脉滴注,共2周。观察治疗前后主要自觉症状及神经传导速度检查变化情况。结果两组患者治疗前后主要自觉症状及神经传导速度检查差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基础降糖治疗的同时联合应用甲钴胺、前列地尔,在促进神经修复和改善微循环两方面治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,取得较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mecobalamin combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy. Methods Fifty-six patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were given regular diet control, exercise therapy, oral hypoglycemic agents or subcutaneous insulin injection, and intramuscular injection of 500 μg / d for 2 weeks. In addition to the treatment group according to the control group, plus alprostadil 10μg against saline 100ml once intravenous infusion, a total of 2 weeks. Before and after treatment to observe the main symptoms and nerve conduction velocity changes. Results The difference of main symptoms and nerve conduction velocity between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of mecobalamin and alprostadil on the basis of hypoglycemic treatment can treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy both in promoting nerve repair and improving microcirculation and achieve better clinical efficacy.
