目的:观察营养神经细胞治疗基础上进行运动疗法、作业疗法及家庭干预等综合康复措施治疗脑性瘫痪高危儿的效果。方法:197例脑性瘫痪高危儿随机分为2组,对照组94例给予静脉神经细胞激活剂治疗,干预组103例在给予静脉神经细胞激活剂基础上进行运动疗法、作业疗法及家庭干预等综合康复措施治疗。结果:早期综合于预组总显效率为89.32%,对照组总显效率为74.47%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),1岁时Gesell量表评定结果,干预组与对照组比较,大运动能区、精细运动能区、社会适应能区、语言能区、个人社交能区DQ均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:脑性瘫痪高危儿进行早期综合康复治疗可有效促进其智力发育和运动发育的全面发展。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation measures such as exercise therapy, occupational therapy and family intervention on the treatment of children with cerebral palsy based on the treatment of vegetative nerve cells.
