采用“锻热调质预处理+去应力退火+真空高压气体淬火+三次高温回火+RE-N-C-B-O-S多元共渗”复合强化工艺,对4Cr5MoSiV1钢进行热处理强化工艺研究。对比实验结果表明,复合热处理强化后的力学性能明显改善,模具寿命提高了4~5倍,取得了比较好的效果。
The heat treatment strengthening process of 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel was studied by using the method of "heat treatment and quenching and tempering pretreatment + de-stressing annealing + vacuum high-pressure gas quenching + tertiary high temperature tempering + RE-N-C-B-O-S multiple co- The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the composite after heat treatment significantly improved die life increased by 4 to 5 times, and achieved good results.
