利用置于神光Ⅲ原型(TIL)装置靶室波前测量系统,获得8束激光全光路静态像差,将测量结果分别过渡到各路主放参数诊断包内的波前传感器。基于主放注入位置的小口径变形镜和主放参数诊断包内的波前传感器,对全光路像差进行闭环校正,利用CCD相机对靶面焦斑进行测量。实验结果表明,全光路像差闭环校正后8束激光在靶面位置的焦斑能量集中度有明显改善,验证了小口径变形镜全光路像差的控制能力,满足了物理实验对靶面焦斑能量集中度的控制要求。
Eight beams of laser all-optical static aberration were obtained by using the target chamber wavefront measurement system of SGL prototype (TIL), and the measurement results were respectively transferred to the wavefront sensors in the main package parameters diagnosis package. Based on the small aperture deformable mirror in the main injection site and the wavefront sensor in the main injection parameter diagnosis package, closed-loop correction was performed on all-optical path aberration, and the focal plane of the target was measured by CCD camera. Experimental results show that the focus concentration of the 8 laser beams on the target surface is significantly improved after all-optical path closed-loop correction, which verifies the control ability of all-optical path aberrations of the small aperture deformable mirror and meets the requirements of physical experiments Spot energy concentration control requirements.
