创意产业的全球知识共建:基于创意产业界定问题的十年之辩

创意产业进入公众视野已十年有余,其产业界定问题也随之经历了十年之辩。关于统一界定与自由界定的长期争论引发了对创意产业被作为一种经济发展手段而具有全球传播性与多样性的再思考。从创意产业概念起源的政治经济性内幕、概念的创意本质、统一界定的可行性角度,阐明了自由界定对经济发展政策制定具有更深层次的价值;同时,分析发现各地对创意产业政策的吸纳不应只是一种对最佳模式的学习过程,而应是对全球创意产业知识的共同建构与发展过程。 It has been more than a decade since the creative industries entered the public field of view, and their industry-defined issues have also undergone a debate over a decade. The long-standing controversy over the definition of unity and the definition of freedom has given rise to a rethinking of the global spread and diversity of creative industries as an instrument of economic development. From the point of view of the origin of creative industries in the political economy, the creative nature of concepts and the feasibility of a unified definition, it clarifies that the definition of freedom has a deeper value for the formulation of economic development policies. Meanwhile, the analysis finds that the absorption of creative industry policies Should be just a kind of learning process of the best mode, but should be the common construction and development of the knowledge of the global creative industries.
