本文首先对春节“黄金周”游客满意度的均值进行分析,研究游客满意度的分布水平和特征;其次,借助回归分析法分析春节“黄金周”各旅游服务质量评价指标与游客总体满意度的相关性及其大小。结果显示:春节“黄金周”游客满意度并不高,且各项满意度之间有明显差异;交通、餐饮、娱乐对游客总体满意度有显著影响。
This paper first analyzes the mean value of tourists ’satisfaction during the Spring Festival and the Golden Week, and studies the distribution level and characteristics of tourists’ satisfaction. Secondly, it uses regression analysis to analyze the evaluation index of each tourist service quality during the Spring Festival and the golden week Relevance of overall satisfaction and its size. The results showed that the tourists’ satisfaction during the Spring Festival Golden Week was not high, and there was a significant difference among the satisfaction levels. Transportation, catering and entertainment had a significant impact on the overall satisfaction of tourists.
