应用酶联免疫吸附试验建立血清循环免疫复合物中特异抗体的检测方法,110例活动性肺结核和30例骨关节结核其阳性率分别为82.73%和83.33%,明显高于健康时照组和疾病对照组(P<0.01)。活动性肺结核与非活动性肺结核相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。该方法为一诊断与鉴别活动性肺结核特异敏感的检测方法优于目前血清抗体和非特异循环免疫复合物(CIC)测定。也可用作骨结核的血清学诊断。在指导临床治疗上有一定的价值。同时,作者提出在结核病的致病机制中可能有Ⅲ型变态反应的参与。
