本文以四川电网作为研究对象,对边际成本定价理论和方法进行了探索性研究。研究表明,该定价方法理论先进、科学,它将根据不同用电时间、不同负荷率、不同电压等级的用户,确定合理的丰枯、峰谷分时电价结构和容量、电量两部制电价结构,不仅正确地反映电能价值,使用户合理地负担电力成本,而且还可以指导用户合理地使用电力,充分发挥电力设备能力,从而提高电力企业的经济效益,具有推广应用价值。
This paper takes Sichuan Power Grid as the research object, and makes an exploratory study on the theory and method of marginal cost pricing. The research shows that this pricing method is advanced and scientific in theory. It will determine reasonable peak value, peak-to-hour electricity price structure, capacity, and electricity price based on users with different electricity consumption times, different load rates, and different voltage levels. It not only correctly reflects the value of electrical energy, and enables users to reasonably afford the cost of electricity, but also can guide users to use the power rationally and give full play to the capabilities of electrical equipment so as to improve the economic efficiency of the power company and has the value of promotion and application.
