在导言部份扼要地讲述了乳液和乳液稳定性。把制造丙烯酸乳液的细节和用以获得漆乳液的制造技术作了对比。高分子量的发展,出现了与上述聚合物“丙烯酸和漆”的每一种有相似的聚氨酯(原文特指俗称为尿烷的氨基甲酸乙酯,以下同——译者)乳液聚合物。讨论了乳液聚合物的反应理论。简单的回顾了薄膜形成过程并叙述了获得优良性能的交联树脂的手段。许多皮革涂饰剂在目前和过去都是以水为载体的产品。在过去十多年间,种种新的溶剂系统已在工业上应用,皮革工业也不例外。如今,出于对污染的考虑和溶剂成本的关系,水溶性涂饰剂用于涂料工业生产有必要继续考虑。众所周知,乳液常用于制备皮革涂饰剂。在这篇论文里,介绍一下乳液聚合物的制备工艺。
The introduction briefly describes emulsion and emulsion stability. The details of making acrylic emulsions are compared to the manufacturing techniques used to obtain paint emulsions. The development of high molecular weight has resulted in the appearance of an emulsion polymer similar to each of the above polymers “acrylics and lacquers” (also referred to as urethanes, commonly known as urethanes). The reaction theory of emulsion polymers is discussed. The film formation process is briefly reviewed and the means of obtaining a crosslinked resin of excellent properties is described. Many leather finishes are current and past water-based products. In the past ten years, a variety of new solvent systems have been applied industrially, and the leather industry is no exception. Today, out of the consideration of pollution and the relationship between solvent costs, water-soluble coating agent for the coating industry needs to continue to consider. It is well-known that emulsions are often used to make leather finishes. In this paper, we will introduce the preparation of emulsion polymers.
