溴代物或磺酸酯在乙腈中,与TBAF(t-BuOH)_4(2倍摩尔量,由市售TBAF·nH_2O在t-BuOH和正己烷混合溶剂中结晶制备)于70℃反应生成氟化物。4例收率71%~98%,副产物主要为消除产物,与TBAF·nH_2O作氟化试剂相比,副产物明显减少。
