今年第四季度以来,我国有关可再生能源政策层面的利好消息纷至沓来,除分布式光伏发电系列政策落地外,“可再生能源配额制”也获得进展。据悉,国家发改委主任会议已经讨论通过了《可再生能源电力配额考核办法(试行)》,将提交给国务院审议。“可再生能源配额制”是我国可再生能源规划中一项重要的政策建议。在地区电力建设中,可再生能源发电需在各类电力总装机中保持或占有一定比例即配额,以逐步减少化石能源消耗,保障在较长时期内实现可再生能源的量化发展目标,是一个国家或一个地区的政府 Since the fourth quarter of this year, China’s favorable news on the renewable energy policy level has been pouring in.
