(一) 凡事物都有其自身的规律,广播电视教育也不例外。规律是事物运动的本质的反映,也可以说规律是人们对事物运动的本质的概括。人们对事物的认识,如果只知其表,或者把表象当作本质,就不能正确认识事物的规律,也就不能把握,驾驭事物,对事物运动过程也就容易在认识上和工作上产生差错。 我国远距离广播电视教育经过十年广泛的实践,人们认识的不断积累,有可能也应该对它的规律进行探讨,以便正确地认识它,更好地完善和发展它。 (二) 研究远距离教育规律,首先要对远距离教育明确内涵。远距离教育是对近距离教育而言
