科学有效的绩效考核机制是实施绩效工资的前提和基础。但中职学校的绩效考核工作仍然不尽人意,还存在绩效指标体系设计不科学、程序公平的原则施行不力、管理责任缺失等许多问题。因此,要推进绩效工资改革,必须完善中职学校绩效考核机制,真正把绩效考核落实到实处,为绩效工资改革更好地体现教师的实绩和贡献、更好地发挥激励功能提供保障。
Scientific and effective performance appraisal mechanism is the premise and basis for the implementation of performance pay. However, the performance evaluation of secondary vocational schools is still unsatisfactory. There are still many problems such as unscientific performance index system, ineffective implementation of the principle of fair procedure and lack of management responsibility. Therefore, in order to promote the reform of performance pay, we must improve the performance appraisal mechanism in secondary vocational schools and put the performance appraisal in practice so as to provide a guarantee for the performance pay reform to better reflect the teachers’ achievements and contributions and to give better play to the incentive functions.
