讨论了通道式辐射监测系统箱体结构设计的密封与支撑问题。根据安装结构要求,选用了P型密封条,对常用的密封结构进行改进,增加防水边槽。并介绍了气弹簧的组成结构和工作原理,设计了箱体支撑结构,对气弹簧的最小伸展力进行了计算,最后确定了气弹簧的选型方法。
The sealing and support of the channel structure design of the channel radiation monitoring system are discussed. According to the requirements of the installation structure, the selection of P-type seal, the seal structure of the commonly used to improve and increase the waterproof edge tank. The composition and working principle of the gas spring are introduced. The supporting structure of the box body is designed and the minimum stretching force of the gas spring is calculated. Finally, the gas spring selection method is determined.
