收入分配不仅反映社会再生产的过程和结果 ,而且对生产要素的合理配置 ,推动经济增长、促进社会稳定作用明显。实践证明 ,合理的收入分配制度能够解放生产力 ,激发人们的积极性和创造性 ,促进经济和社会巨大而深刻的变化。为了深化宁夏收入分配制度改革 ,建立与社会主义市场经济发展相适应的收入分配制度 ,本文从城市居民收入分配制度改革的新进展、面对的新课题以及深化改革的突破口等方面 ,对宁夏城市居民收入分配制度作了研究 ,旨在为自治区深化收入分配制度改革提供决策服务。
Income distribution not only reflects the process and result of social reproduction, but also has a clear effect on the rational allocation of production factors, promoting economic growth and promoting social stability. Practice has proved that a reasonable income distribution system can liberate the productive forces, stimulate people’s enthusiasm and creativity, and promote tremendous and profound changes in economy and society. In order to deepen the reform of the income distribution system in Ningxia and establish a income distribution system that is compatible with the development of the socialist market economy, this paper analyzes the current situation of the distribution system of income distribution in Ningxia, from the new progress of the reform of income distribution system of urban residents, the new topics we face and the breakthrough of deepening the reform. Residents income distribution system was studied in order to deepen the autonomous region to reform the income distribution system to provide decision-making services.
