在试制满足英标(BS4449—1978)要求的高屈服钢筋过程中发现,影响关键性能指标屈服强度的主要工艺参数是熔炼成分、终轧温度、钢筋规格及冷却水流量。根据试验结果进行逐一回归分析,可得出钢筋屈服强度σ_s 与钛含量[Ti]、碳当量[Ceq]、硅含量[Si],终轧温度T_z、钢筋规格 D 及冷却水流量 Q 的近似关系式,应用此公式不仅可以预先估计产品性能结果,而且可以根据对性能的要求预先给出恰当的余热处理工艺或对熔炼成分进行适当限制。
During the trial production of high yielding rebar satisfying the requirements of British Standard (BS4449-1978), it was found that the main process parameters affecting the yield strength of the key performance indicators were the smelting composition, finishing temperature, steel bar size and cooling water flow rate.
