今年农业生產的方針和任務,經省財委先后佈置下去,各地正在有計划的大力开展中,针對目前生產情况,提出下面的幾點,供各位討論參考。一、生產政策的貫徹問題:根據各位發言,有部份地區生產政策尚未深入贯彻到农村,因而沒有解除群众的思想顧慮,如增加生產怕增加負担,怕升階級。如自由借贷,有錢的不敢借,怕借了不還,怕人說他剝削,有的幹部執行政策時發生偏向,应請各位對幹部的執行政策情况,随時加以檢查 The guidelines and tasks for agricultural production this year have been laid down successively by the provincial finance commissions.
