在大棚栽培条件下,研究了硒对番茄叶片中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH- px) 活性、膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA) 的积累、果实中维生素C(Vc) 含量及产量的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,施用一定量的硒可使番茄叶片中GSH- px 活性提高46.0% ,F= 11 .25* ;使MDA 含量降低16-5 % ,但未达到显著水平;GSH- px 活性与MDA含量间呈显著负相关,r= - 0 .70* ;果实中Vc 含量增加11 .4 % ,F=9 .06* ;产量提高19 .8 % ,但未达到显著水平。
