目的利用三维滚轮对前庭进行多轴向刺激,观察前庭功能及直立位倾斜应激时心血管调节功能变化,探索前庭功能改变与人体心血管自主神经调节的可能关系。方法对14名男性健康志愿者利用三维滚轮对前庭进行多轴向刺激,刺激前、后分别进行前庭平衡评价及被动直立位倾斜试验。全程记录直立位倾斜试验中心率、血压及心脏功能。利用平衡测试仪测量人体前庭功能。结果前庭多轴向刺激后的直立位应激时,血压及总外周阻力较刺激前显著降低,前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),心率(heart rate,HR),每搏量(stroke volume,SV)无显著改变。平衡能力测试的外周面积及总轨迹长刺激前后无明显变化。结论三维滚轮所产生的前庭多轴向刺激抑制机体在直立位应激时的心血管调节能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of vestibular stimulation and vestibular stimulation on cardiovascular regulation by observing the changes of vestibular function and the regulation of vertical autonomic nervous system in order to explore the possible relationship between the changes of vestibular function and cardiovascular autonomic nervous system. Methods Fourteen male volunteers underwent multi-axial stimulation of the vestibule with a three-dimensional roller, and evaluated the vestibular balance and the passive tilt test before and after stimulation. Full records of upright tilt test center rate, blood pressure and heart function. Measure the human vestibular function with a balance tester. Results Compared with those before stimulation, the blood pressure and total peripheral resistance were significantly decreased in the upright position after multiaxial stimulation of vestibule. Compared with before stimulation, the blood pressure and total peripheral resistance were statistically significant (P <0.05), heart rate (HR) and stroke volume stroke volume, SV) did not change significantly. There was no significant change in the peripheral area and total track length of the balanced ability test before and after stimulation. Conclusions The multi-axial stimulation of the vestibule produced by the three-dimensional wheel can inhibit the cardiovascular regulation of the body in upright position.
