本文就一种循环硬化材料,热轧20钢的循环应力-应变关系和应变-寿命关系进行了探讨,发现材料的循环硬化在应办-应变关系表现为循环强度系数K′随循环比N/N_1的增加而增大,在应变-寿命关系上表现为疲劳强度系σ′随循环比N/N_f的增加而增大,并从一种基于最小二乘法的加权余量法出发讨论了K′,ε_f′和σ_f′。
In this paper, the cyclic stress-strain relationship and strain-life relationship of a cyclic hardened material and hot-rolled 20 steel are discussed. It is found that the relationship between cyclic stress-strain and cyclic hardening is shown as follows: N_1 increases, and the strain-life relationship shows that the fatigue strength σ ’increases with the increase of cycle ratio N / N_f. From a weighted residue method based on the least squares method, the K’ , ε_f ’and σ_f’.
