本案在空间布局上开合分明,整个动线明朗有序,采用一步一景,步移景生的表达手法,规避了常见的明清花格和家具,更多地采用唐宋盛行的简约风。空间在细节上的处理尽可能的干净利索,方方正正,简化掉过多的渲染,而用干净的面与线来诠释。一楼客厅、餐厅、棋牌室、楼梯间全部打开,用门套的形式做了简单的隔断,让所有空间的动线若隐若现。二楼的起居室格局延续了一楼的风格,动线分明。起居室的吊顶在原建筑的基础之上,用玻璃做顶,再加一层电动窗帘,采光条件十分优越。
The case was opened and closed clearly in terms of spatial layout. The entire line of action was clear and orderly. It adopted a step-by-step approach, stepped through Jingsheng’s expressions, avoided the common Ming and Qing dynasties and furniture, and adopted more of the simple style prevailing in the Tang and Song dynasties. The details of the space are handled as cleanly and as cleanly as possible, simplifying the rendering of too much, and interpreting it with clean surfaces and lines. The living room, dining room, chess room, and stairwell on the first floor were all opened, and simple partitions were made in the form of door pockets, so that the movement lines of all spaces were looming. The living room layout on the second floor continues the style of the first floor with clear moving lines. The suspended ceiling of the living room is based on the original building, with a glass roof and an additional layer of electric curtains, providing excellent lighting conditions.
