我院自1984年2月至10月使用北京核仪器厂FT-1908型γ心功能仪(γ-CFD)对57例正常人及42例冠心病(CHD)的左心功能进行测定,现报告如下:方法和结果病人平卧检查床上,从右肘静脉“弹丸式”注射113mIn-输铁蛋白5毫居里,体积2 ml,首先得到从右心→肺→左心的心放射图。计算机可计算出首次肺通过时间(PPT),约210秒以后,示踪剂在血液里充分平衡形成综合心动图,从中计算出30多个心功能参数,临床常用指标为左心室射血分数(LVEF),相对舒张末期容积(EVD),相对每搏量(SV)、高峰充盈率(PFR)及高峰充盈时间(TPFR)等(表1)。
