各位委员、各位同志:为了更好地贯彻改革、开放、搞活的总方针、总政策,发展横向经济联合,加快我省经济建设步伐,应广东省政府的邀请,由我和道奇、海潮同志率领经济技术协作代表团,于7月10日至17日,到广东重点考察访问了广州市和深圳市,并分别与广东省广州市、深圳市政府签订了加强经济技术协作关系的纪要。现在我将这次访问的情况向各位委员和各位同志作一个简要的汇报。
Dear members, comrades: In order to better implement the general principles of reform, opening up and invigoration, the general policy of developing horizontal economy and speeding up the pace of economic construction in our province, at the invitation of the Guangdong Provincial Government, led by both myself and Dao and Hai Chao Economic and Technical Cooperation Delegation visited Guangdong Province and Shenzhen Municipality from July 10 to 17, 2007, and signed the minutes of strengthening the economic and technological cooperation with Guangdong and Guangzhou municipal governments respectively. Now I will give a brief report to all the members and comrades on this visit.
