文章通过分析日本鲜活农产品的流通调节机制,厘清日本长期使用的“小生产、大流通”经营理念。比较研究发现,日本采取农协和批发市场相结合,有计划地组织流通、生产和销售环节,形成一整套完善的流通调节体系,使农户利益得到很好保证。提出我国在鲜活农产品流通领域中应建立从地方到国家的农民合作社和批发市场,有计划生产和销售产品,建立一个有农民合作社贯彻落实的保险机制,把我国农户的风险降到最低,以防我国鲜活农产品由于滞销和价格低廉出现伤农事件,建立一个长期有效的流通调节机制。
By analyzing the circulation regulation mechanism of fresh agricultural products in Japan, the article clarifies the long-used business philosophy of “small-scale production and big circulation” in Japan. Comparative study found that Japan adopted the Agricultural Association and the wholesale market combined with a planned organization of circulation, production and marketing links to form a complete set of perfect circulation regulation system so that the interests of farmers are well guaranteed. It is proposed that China should establish farmer cooperatives and wholesale markets from the local to the state in the field of circulation of fresh agricultural products, plan to produce and sell the products, establish an insurance mechanism with farmer cooperatives to implement, minimize the risks of farmers in our country, Prevention of live agricultural products in China due to poor sales and cheap agricultural injury incidents, the establishment of a long-term effective regulation and control mechanism.
