目的总结探讨儿童病毒性脑炎的诊断与治疗。方法对我科自2000年～2005年以来收治的病毒性脑炎52例的临床资料进行回顾性总结及分析,探讨有效合理的治疗模式。结果治愈率73.1%,好转15.4%。结论病毒性脑炎是一种与病毒感染与机体免疫有关的中枢性神经系统疾病,是一种脱髓壳病变,对以精神症状首发的病毒性脑炎,临床上往往较难确诊,辅助检查尤为重要,如脑脊液,脑电图,头颅MR等。治疗上应注意的问题①抗病毒药的应用②DXM的应用③惊厥的控制④脱水剂的应用⑤中医中药的辅助⑥恢复期的治疗。
Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of viral encephalitis in children. Methods The clinical data of 52 cases of viral encephalitis admitted to our department from 2000 to 2005 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed to explore effective and reasonable treatment modalities. Results The cure rate was 73.1%, improved 15.4%. Conclusions Viral encephalitis is a central nervous system disease associated with virus infection and immunity. It is a kind of demyelinating disease. It is often difficult to diagnose viral encephalitis with psychiatric symptoms. Auxiliary examination Is particularly important, such as cerebrospinal fluid, EEG, head MR and so on. Treatment should pay attention to the problem ① application of antiviral drugs ② the application of DXM ③ seizure control ④ dehydration agent application ⑤ traditional Chinese medicine ⑥ recovery of treatment.
