在振兴吉林老工业基地过程中,我们通化市委、市政府把重点项目建设作为调整、改造和振兴通化的大事,提上重要议事日程,采取有效措施,全力推进项目建设。通化市委、市政府多次召开会议,研究部署重点项目建设工作,建立重点项目责任制和项目推进组制度。2003年,通化市在全市计划的50项重点项目中筛选确定25项,分别由16名市级领导、25个责任部门负责联系包保,全程跟踪,搞好服务。有15个重点项目建立项目推进组,帮助项目建设单位解决具体问题。成立重点项目建设领导机构,组建重点项目建设办公室,负责全市重点项目开发建设的日常工作。在全市开展为重点项目建设做贡献活动,充分发挥各级党组织和党员在重点项目建设
In rejuvenating Jilin’s old industrial base, Tonghua Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government took the key project construction as a major task of adjusting, reforming and rejuvenating Tonghua and put them on the important agenda and took effective measures to push forward the project. Tonghua municipal government held several meetings to study and deploy the construction of key projects, the establishment of key project responsibility system and project promotion team system.
