为揭示40Cr高速冷滚打成形机理,依据金属材料塑性变形机理,进行高速冷滚打条件下的40Cr击打试验,得到了40Cr在高速、大变形条件下应力应变曲线;基于冷滚打成形高速大变形的塑形变形特点,结合40Cr在高速、大变形下的应力应变曲线,应用Deform仿真软件进行了不同变形区域、不同温度、不同应变速率下高速冷滚打成形的分析,揭示了高速冷滚打成形的应力、应变、温度、金属流动变化规律,进一步解释了冷滚打成形的规律,为深入研究高速冷滚打成形奠定基础。
In order to reveal the 40Cr high-speed cold roll forming mechanism, according to the plastic deformation mechanism of metal material, 40Cr hitting test under high-speed cold rolling condition was carried out, and the stress-strain curve of 40Cr under high speed and large deformation was obtained. Based on the deformation characteristics of large deformation and the stress-strain curves of 40Cr under high-speed and large-deformation, Deform simulation software was used to analyze the high-speed cold roll forming under different deformation zones, different temperatures and different strain rates, The laws of stress, strain, temperature and metal flow during roll forming further explained the law of cold roll forming, which lays the foundation for further study on high speed cold roll forming.
