中国传统文化,尤其是儒、道、佛三家学说,蕴藏着十分丰富的心理学思想和心理学资源。社会急遽变革给人们心理带来巨大冲击,这一背景下探讨中国传统文化如何具有解决心理问题的作用,可以为当前人们的心理健康研究提供新的思路和借鉴。
Chinese traditional culture, especially the three Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, contains a wealth of psychology and psychology resources. The rapid social change has brought great impact on people’s psychology. Under this background, it is very important to explore how Chinese traditional culture can solve the psychological problems and provide new ideas and lessons for people’s psychological health research.
