工程造价控制是工程建设管理的一个核心部分,贯穿于工程建设的全过程。对目前造价控制存在的问题进行了系统分析,找出影响工程造价控制的主要因素,提出了水电工程施工造价控制的方法和手段。
Project cost control is a core part of project construction management, which runs through the whole process of project construction. The current problems of cost control were systematically analyzed to identify the main factors that affect the cost control of the project and put forward the methods and means of construction cost control of hydropower projects.
