应用缺血后适应(IPost)的机制进行药物后适应的开发研究成为临床治疗缺血性心脏疾病的研究热点。IPost的发生机制与其激发心肌内源性活性物质的释放、启动保护性信号转导通路密切相关。目前已发现许多药物通过多个信号转导通路证实参与IPost的发生。现就能够模拟心肌IPost发挥保护缺血心肌作用的相关药物、信号转导通路的最新研究进展作一综述。
The development of post-drug adaptation research using the mechanism of IPost has become a hot topic in the clinical treatment of ischemic heart disease. The mechanism of IPost is closely related to the release of endogenous active substances in myocardium and the initiation of protective signal transduction pathways. It has been found that many drugs are involved in the occurrence of IPost through multiple signal transduction pathways. Now we can simulate myocardial IPost play a role in the protection of ischemic myocardium related drugs, signal transduction pathways are reviewed.
