本文根据分析微波非线性电路的基本方法之一——谐波平衡法,提出了一种加速收敛过程的改进方法,并且将其应用于微波混频器的非线性分析。在分析过程中引入了混频二极管非线性特性由时域到频域的简化变换技术,大大加快了计算速度。分析结果与已发表的结果相比较,一致性较好。这种改进的分析方法也可以推广应用于包含多个非线性器件的非线性电路的计算机辅助分析。
Based on the harmonic balance method, one of the basic methods of analyzing microwave nonlinear circuits, this paper proposes an improved method to accelerate the convergence process and applies it to the nonlinear analysis of microwave mixers. In the analysis process, the simplified conversion technique of time-frequency to frequency-domain of the nonlinear characteristic of mixing diode was introduced, which greatly accelerated the calculation speed. The analysis results are in good agreement with the published ones. This improved method of analysis can also be extended to computer-aided analysis of nonlinear circuits containing multiple non-linear devices.
