对 16例已行眼球摘除术的患者 ,二期植入带肌肉固定缝线的羟基磷灰石眼座 ,用含有眼直肌的组织瓣与其缝合固定。结果眼座活动均良好 ,外观较满意。本文为眼球摘除后的二期眼座植入提供了一种安全、简便及实用的方法。 Of the 16 patients who underwent ocular excision, the second stage was implanted with hydroxyapatite occipital suture with muscle suture, which was sutured and fixed with a tissue flap containing ocular rectus muscle. Results oculomotor activity are good, the appearance is more satisfactory. This article provides a safe, easy and practical method for second-stage ocular implantation following enucleation.
